We all have days when we are motivated and days we’d prefer to stay in bed. Today for me is a motivated day, and for a very simple reason. I finally get bedroom curtains today!
We brought this house three years ago and have been slowly renovating and ever since we moved in, we have had no bedroom curtains in the master bedroom. We have a roller shutter that we have used every night since moving in for privacy and darkness but for all this time, we have slept in an unpainted room that feels dull and lifeless.
Last week I painted the walls, brought the new quilt cover set and this week it gets new curtains and a lovely new matching curtain pole and all the finishing touches so that it’s finally a room I want to spend time in. Am so excited!
